Comprender Professional provides greater Capacity to use Comprender as a continuous system. It includes the conversational Core, persistent organisms, Memory, Memories, Principles, Universal Contexts, Urbanism, and Business, subject to actual availability communicated before subscription.
Specialties are not purchased separately. The subscription provides autonomous access to software and does not include consulting, human professional assistance, customized work, or post-purchase tasks.
Price and checkout
Before confirmation, the final price, currency, applicable taxes, billing frequency, and payment provider are displayed. The amount shown and accepted at checkout always prevails.
Payments
- International: Lemon Squeezy.
- Argentina: Mercado Pago.
Automatic renewal
The subscription renews automatically each month until cancelled. Renewal is processed by the payment provider used.
Cancellation
Cancellation prevents future renewals and preserves paid access until the end of the period already paid for. It does not automatically delete the account, organisms, Memory, or other data.
Cancellation can be requested through the public SERVICE CANCELLATION procedure, without new registration and with a confirmation or reference number.
Failed payment
A failed payment may suspend paid access until regularized, without automatically deleting the account or its content.
Right of withdrawal
The public RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL procedure allows a person to request revocation of a distance contract within the applicable legal period, without new registration and with a confirmation or reference number.
Refunds
Refunds are resolved according to applicable law, the date and method of contracting, use made of the service, and payment-provider conditions. No rule limits non-waivable consumer rights.
Usage Capacity
Free offers limited Capacity and Professional greater Capacity. Concrete limits may be communicated in the application. Internal technical units required to operate those limits are not money or independent products.
