What Capacity means
Capacity expresses how much Comprender can be used within the functions available to each account type.
- Free: entry and discovery with limited Capacity.
- Comprender Professional: greater Capacity for continuous work within the same system.
Capacity does not divide Comprender’s intelligence into separate purchases and does not turn Universal Contexts, Urbanism, or Business into independent products.
Why limits exist
Comprender AI uses infrastructure and artificial-intelligence models with variable costs. It may apply reasonable limits to maintain stability and availability, prevent abusive automation or fraud, protect other users, manage technology costs, and sustain service continuity.
Internal technical units
Internal technical units or measurements may exist to operate those limits. They are not money or a financial balance, a transferable asset, a payment method, a credit owed to the user, or a public price per query, operation, or specialty.
They do not earn interest, are not transferable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.
Information in the interface
The application may display available Capacity, proximity to a limit, or the inability to start an action. The presentation may evolve without changing the nature of the account.
Failed executions
When the system can reliably identify that an execution ended without a usable result, that execution should not consolidate technical consumption.
Future adjustments
Limits may be reasonably adjusted because of changes in cost, security, operation, or product evolution. Changes that materially affect a paid service will be reasonably communicated and will respect the paid period and applicable rights.
This page explains how Capacity operates. The Terms and Conditions govern the contractual relationship and prevail in the event of differences in interpretation.
